I couldn't stand it so when I got up this morning I weighed in...not as bad as I thought.
I had only gained 1 pound.
So I gained but it could have been so much worse.
So tomorrow is a new day. I am starting over with a new attitude and new strength.
I can do this!!!! I will do this!!!!
